1 The Stir Fry is vegan.
There are ingredients.
1 part olive oil to 1 part water.
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic.
1 red bell pepper is sliced.
1 yellow bell pepper is sliced.
2 carrots.
1 cup of broccoli.
1 cup of snap peas.
Tofu is 1 block of tofu.
There are 3 grams of gluten-free tamari sauce.
1 part rice vinegar to 1 part water.
1 part maple syrup to 1 part water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
The sesame seeds can be used for the garnish.
Instructions
1 In a skillet or wok, cook olive oil over medium heat.
2 Add sliced onion and garlic to the skillet.
3 Stir in the sliced bell peppers. Cook for a few minutes.
4 Press the tofu to remove excess liquid while the veggies are cooking. Tofu can be cut into cubes.
5 In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce.
6 The tofu should be added to the center of the skillet. Put the sauce over the tofu and toss it gently. Tofu can be heated through for a few more minutes.
7 You can serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles. If you want, add sesame seeds to the finish.

The diced jalapenos are optional for heat.
Red bell pepper is diced.
1 cup of cooked black beans.
1 cup of cooked beans.
1 cup of cooked white beans.

2 cups of vegetable soup.
2 ounces of chili powder.
1 part of cumin.
1 part of paprika.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fresh cilantro is optional.

2 Add diced onion, garlic, and jalapeno pepper to the pot. The onions are translucent.
3 Stir in the diced red bell pepper, black beans, and other beans, along with spices. Put it well.
4 Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it cook for a while.
5 If needed, adjust the seasoning.
6 If you want, serve the chili hot and have fresh cilantro on it. It can be enjoyed alone or with a meal.
