1 One-Pot vegan food.
A classic Creole dish is jaily. Our vegan twist replaces meat and seafood with plant-based alternatives, resulting in a light yet satisfying rice dish.

1 part olive oil to 1 part water.
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic.
1 bell pepper is diced.
2 stalks of celery are diced.
1 can of tomatoes.
1 1/2 cups vegetable soup.
1 cup of long-grain rice.
1 smoked paprika spoon.
1/2 cup of thyme.
1/2 cup of oregano.
cayenne pepper is optional for heat.
1 cup of vegan sausage or tempeh.
1 cup of diced zucchini.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fresh parsley for a drink.
Instructions
1 In a large pot, cook olive oil. Add bell pepper and onions. Remove the Sauté until it is softened.
2 Add diced tomatoes, vegetable soup, rice, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bring the water to a boil.
3 Let the rice be cooked in the sauce by reducing the heat to low and covering it.
4 Add vegan sausage or tempeh. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5 Add salt and pepper to your food to make it taste better. Before serving, serve with fresh parsley.

Indian cuisine has a fragrant rice dish called Biryani. The vegan version retains all the delicious flavors. It's perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

1/2 cup of garam masala.
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
Salt to taste.
Fresh cilantro for a drink.
Instructions
1 In a large pot, cook coconut oil. Cook sliced onions until golden brown.
2 Stirring garlic and ginger will make it fragrant.
3 Add mixed vegetables, basmati rice, vegetable soup, and salt. Add well to it.
4 Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let the rice cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
5 Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for an additional 5 minutes.
6 Before serving, fluff the rice with a fork and serve with fresh cilantro.
