              Easy and Delicious Vegan One-Pot Stir-Fries

These vegan one-pot stir-fries are the perfect solution for a satisfying meal. In this post, we will explore two delicious recipes: One-Pot Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry and One-Pot Quinoa and Broccoli Stir-Fry.
Tofu and vegetable stir-fry is the first recipe.
There are ingredients.
Firm tofu is 1 package.
2 ounces of soy sauce.
2 ounces of sesame oil.
1 part of cornstarch for every 100 parts of water.
1 part garlic to 1 part food.
1 part ginger to 1 part garlic.
A thinly sliced onion.
You can choose from bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, and other vegetables.
