1 In a pot, heat olive oil. Add vegetables like onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrots, and zucchini. Vegetables will be tender about 5 minutes.
2 Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, vegetable soup, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add well to it.
3 Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat to a low and cook for 30-40 minutes.
4 You can serve hot with your favorite topping such as chopped cilantro or vegan cheese.

4 Transfer half of the soup to a blender and blend until creamy. Leave some pieces for texture.
5 Fresh cilantro is added to the hot dish.
